1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ClarityHub Soapcraft website, courses, and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• One account per person
• Accounts are non-transferable
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute course materials without permission
• Share login credentials with third parties
• Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases are final. Course access is granted upon successful payment. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date. Refunds are available only within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of course content has been accessed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, guides, and templates, remains the property of ClarityHub Soapcraft. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access content for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". ClarityHub Soapcraft makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the 12 months preceding any claim. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
